Welcome! By using St. Augustine Compass (the “Site”), you agree to these simple rules. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
- Who Can Use the Site You must be at least 13 years old. In the EU and some other places, the minimum age is 16. Anyone younger needs clear parental consent.
- Use of the Site • Use the Site only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. • Do not copy, scrape, or reproduce listings without our permission. • Do not harass, spam, impersonate others, or post anything harmful or false. • Do not try to harm the Site (viruses, hacking, etc.).
- Listings & Businesses All businesses are carefully chosen by us because they share our values of local, sustainable, low-waste, and mindful living. We do not guarantee their services or products — you are responsible for your own choices and purchases.
- Our Content All text, photos, design, and curation on the Site belong to St. Augustine Compass (except photos owned by the listed businesses). You’re welcome to share individual listings with proper credit, but please don’t copy large parts of the Site.
- Links to Other Websites We link to local businesses and helpful resources. We love them, but we’re not responsible for their websites, products, or services.
- We Can Change or End Access We may update or close the Site at any time. We may also remove or suspend access if someone breaks these rules.
- No Guarantees The Site is provided “as is.” We do our best, but we can’t promise it will always be perfect or available.
- Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, St. Augustine Compass and its creator (Krysta) are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will never exceed $100.
- Changes to These Terms If we make big changes, we’ll let you know at least 30 days in advance on the Site or by email.
- Governing Law Florida law applies. Let’s talk first if there’s ever a problem — we’re all about kindness and community.
